The Gathering House is perfect for family reunions, weddings, significant birthday parties, and much needed get-away weekends or vacations for families & friends.
Gathering House Rates
-The house will sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Two more may sleep on a day bed and trundle in a sitting room attached to the master bedroom.
Low Season Rates (Oct-March)
-Two night minimum, $300/night
-Three-night minimum for holidays
Mid-Season Rates (April, June, Sept)
-Two night minimum, $350/night
-Long Weekend (Th noon-Sun 3 pm) $1,050
High Season Rates (July, August)
-Weekly (begin/end on Mon), $2,500
-Weekend (Th 3 pm-Sun 3 pm), $1,500
-Fill in dates, $350/night

Event Weekend Package (weddings/reunions)
You may rent the Gathering House and the grounds for the whole weekend--from Thursday afternoon until Sunday afternoon. This provides time and space for a rehearsal dinner, decorating, the ceremony, reception, Sunday brunch, and time to clean up before leaving. Families get to mingle and spend relaxed time together.
